My son hasn't looked up from his iPad once since he started this — honestly that alone deserves five stars 😂 He was immediately hooked on the mystery of the locked chest and kept coming to tell me his theories. The 90s cold case element adds a really cool layer that felt almost cinematic. Beautifully written for the age group, not dumbed down, but totally accessible. Already looking for book two!

The book was really fun and kept the kids intrigued! I was shocked — it's been hard to find something that catches the kids' attention. Liked how the kids worked together to figure things out, shows the true ups and downs of what friends go through. Can't wait to see what comes next from this author!

Great gift for kids

I bought this book on a whim for my cousin who's in 6th grade and she can't put it down! She has been telling me all about the magical adventures, and what she predicts Ant and Mike will get into next 😂 I'll be checking in to gift her the next one — hopefully it comes out around Christmas.
